Refund & Return Policy

At PARTCIFY, we strive to provide the exact fit for your vehicle. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help subject to the following terms.

1. 7-Day Return Window

You have exactly 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, uninstalled, and in the exact same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original, undamaged packaging.


2. 20% Restocking Fee

All approved returns are subject to a strict 20% restocking fee. This amount will be automatically deducted from your total refund value. This covers the handling, inspection, and repackaging of auto parts to ensure they remain in OEM quality for the next customer.


3. Return Shipping Costs

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipping will also be deducted from your refund.


4. Refunds Process

Once we receive your item, our technical team will inspect it for any signs of installation, wear, or damage. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund (minus the 20% restocking fee and shipping charges) to your original method of payment or via Bank Transfer/JazzCash within 5-7 business days.

Strictly Non-Returnable Items

  • Used Parts ( Genuine Kabali Parts ).
  • Parts that have been bolted on, plugged in, or installed.
  • Any kind of Liquid ( Including Coolants ).
